Leeward flew the Ford Tri-Motor, the oldest passenger plane in the world, during filming for the movie "Amelia" in Toronto from May 6-16. In one scene, a night flight over Washinton, D.C., Leeward flies the plane as Amelia Earhart. In another, he flies the plane as Eleanor Roosevelt. The film, which stars Hilary Swank and Richard Gere is scheduled to be released in 2009.
