I attended the Victims’ Remembrance Ceremony on Thursday, April 17, 2008 at the Marion County Judicial Center in the jury assembly room for the family and friends that have lost ones and are victims of crimes.  More than 200 names were read out loud of the names and placed on a wreath.  It was a very emotional time for participants, with many crying and weeping during the ceremony.  Read more about this story.
