Bruce Ackerman is a multi-award award winning staff photographer at the Ocala Star-Banner. Since I live and shoot in Ocala/Marion County, which is also known as "The Horse Capitol Of The World" (although I am sure some in Kentucky will argue differently?), I would like to share some more unusual equine photos that I have captured. In this photo, two thoroughbreds are shown frolicking in a paddock at Kinsman Stud Farm on Southwest 95th Avenue Road in York, Fla. on Friday, Apr. 22, 2005. The farm is owned by George Steinbrenner, who also owns Bellamy Road, a 2005 Kentucky Derby contender. (Star-Banner Photo/NYTRENG, Bruce ACKERMAN).
