I was just making calls last week trying to locate an ecycling program here in Marion County. Such a waste to fill the local landfill with items or their components that can be reutilized. Thanks for the tip!

My pleasure. Pass along the word about this blog, and if you hear about something, post it here and I will try to get it some publicity.

My husband wants to know how much he can bring at one time -- he and the kids are computer junkies! In other words, is there a limit?

I thank you for this notice so that we can have a cleaner house on the 15th! ;)

I just called Marion County Solid Waste Department, and they said that as long as you can show proof that you are a resident and not a business, there isn't a limit. If you are a business, there is another number you can call (see above) Thanks for asking!
